i've always liked the jewelry sold by fable and fury - based in seattle. many of the pieces have a very ironic and slightly eerie quality. i love how the artist takes images traditionally associated with opulence, whimsy or pop culture (such as baroque crowns, tom waits and little woodland creatures) and gives them a unique spin with additions such as extra heads or horns.
