I too have an unusual surname (Abberley) and I like the way my first name, middle name and surname end in 'Y'.<br />My 3 sons have their fathers' surnames, and hyphenating 2 longish surnames doesn't sit well with me.<br /><br />My solution? My boyfriend and I joke about getting married and whose name to take, and time and time again he keeps saying he'd take mine.
